Derma Perfect

On August 27th, I was surfing the Web and started to order Alore and then the Derma Anti-Aging Serum. Before I completed the order and found out the free sample was going to cost $6.95, plus I realized I would not use the cream, erased all my personal information and got out of the site. I then immediately called their customer service and told them I wanted to be sure that the order did not go through and the representative said he found it and told me that he cancelled the order. I then received the Serum two days ago and am furious as my husband has just passed away on the 13th and I hadn't been sleeping and really wasn't in my right mind. I'm also upset that I erased all my information, yet they were able to get it anyway. I've learned a sad lesson that you cannot trust anyone today. So please beware. I am sending the Serum back to the company to the address on the package for returns. I've tried calling for the pass two day and it is constantly busy. I will also challenge my credit card if it is charged. I also feel they should pay for the cost of the return, but I guess that's the price I must pay for being so gullible.
