HotDeallio

I purchased a voucher through Google Wallet for 2 Snore Stoppers from Hotdeallio. Received the voucher number and tried to redeem it on their website. Due to a website glitch on their end I was unable to do so. After much communication with both Google and Hotdeallio's rep, Sarah, I was tossed back and forth for about 2 weeks just to close the fact that I had been unable to redeem my voucher.

In the fine print they said the voucher was redeemable up to 30 days from date of purchase but also could take up to 3 weeks to receive the product. Well it's been nearly 6 weeks and still haven't received the product after many promises by Sarah. I finally gave up and asked Google again to step in and to refund my money, which they finally did. So, I'm out nothing but left with a bad taste in my mouth thanks to Hotdeallio. I make many online purchases without regret as I'm very careful about these things and this is the worst customer service experience I've had. Online or otherwise. What I've typed here is only the half of it.
