Paid for golf clubs that were never delivered. Got 15 e-Mails from a Maggie Brown for over a month that said the clubs were going to be delivered and the first set was lost in shipping and they would send another set. When i did not get the second set they said they were also lost. They sent me USPS tracking numbers Two times(EE692391478CN,and EA1134574900HK)that I could never find in the USPA system. I have asked for a refund and they informed me it would take a month to process and get into my account.
