easy auto repair LLC Auto Repair & Towing LLC

I was having car trouble and found an auto repair financing company in my area. Well the website said that it was supposed to be no money down, they will come to your house and tow your vehicle to a local shop near you, diagnose the problem, give u an estimate and once u set up a payment plan and agreed to the estimate then you could go pick up your vehicle. You would not have to pay for anything until your first payment. well the guy i spoke to, mike, told me the same thing the website did. he said i wouldnt have to pay for anything until my first payment. He also told me that i would get a copy of the tow order from the tow truck driver and he would also tell me where my car was being taken to. the only thing that was wrong with my car was my starter went out. He sent to truck to my house and that's when i found out that my vehicle was being taken to a location that is an hour away from my house. The driver said i would know by the end of the day what was the next step. So, they called me from an entirely different number than mike did, the lady i spoke to was Jenna, she said that for them to repair my car a new starter would cost me $700. she said that because i have a lien on my car i would have to pay a $250 deposit. i told them no and said that i wanted my vehicle back. She said that I would have to pay $285 for the towing & diagnosis and i was still responsible for the towing back to my home. now i didn't have any money and i wasnt expecting to pay for anything because that wasnt what i was told. so i hustled up the $250 and told her to fix my car because i have their money. I was given a check from a family member for the repairs. she said that I had to deposit the money in cash to an account at Bank Of America. Well it was after 5 and i couldnt do it that day, so she said that if I paid it first thing the next day, that they would get it immediately, order my starter and i could pick it up. So I got up the next morning and deposited the money in the account. When i called them to see if they had received it, I had to dial 3 different numbers to get somebody to answer. I tried calling Mike, but he said that that wasnt his department and suggested that I call the 1-800 number to speak with someone. the day prior Jenna also gave me her number, which was 1-800-FINANCE, and told me that i would be dealing with her directly. well They couldnt find her. I gave them a couple of hours to get the money and called back, and a younger lady picked up and was angry with me because it was like my 8th time calling & said that the money would not be posted in the account until the next day. When i went to the bank to deposit the money I was given a receipt, i drove back to the bank to see if they could give me some answers. I spoke with the bank manager who told me that since i made a deposit via cash that they should have the money. I called them back while he was sitting next to me and told the random person who i spoke with, because they still could not find Jenna, what he said. By this time they were very upset with me and she pretty much told me that the bank manager was lying and that they were seeing "processing" on their computers. The bank manager went and got me a copy of their rules, regulations & policies, which clearly states that only check would take a few days to process. I told her what he was telling me, she put me on hold and i overheard her talking with another co-worker who told her to tell me anything, just get me off the phone. She then picked back up and said that there was nothing they could do until the payment posted and again it wouldnt be until the next day. They still have my car, they have my money and im out of both!!! I have listed all three names that showed up on my cell phone caller ID. I would like for them to be sued. I would like my money & my vehicle back. I have missed precious time at work because of this headache of a mess they put me in. I am still making payments on the vehicle. So I cannot afford to just consider the money & the vehicle a loss. I am a hard working 25 year old low class citizen who is now in more debt than ever. PLEASE HELP!!!
