New Call Telecom

I have an ongoing problem with New Call Telecom/Primus but the most recent is, they disconnected my line on 3rd April 2012. I emailed on 21st May 2012 telling them not to put my phone back on after being called racist via email by one of their employees. I pay a set amount every month and always have done. My last 2 bills show they have now reconnected the line (I no longer live there) and are charging me for it even though I stated via email not to reconnect. I have tried emailing them with regards to this and have had no response. They keep sending text messages to my phone after I told them to stop. I have paid what I owe and more and they keep adding charges to the account.
