Signet Financial Group, Ltd

Purchased extended warranty at John Holtz Honda in Rochester, NY on 8-23-07. Was to receive refund of $995 if warranty never used in 60 month period. Sent certified letter to Signet requesting refund paperwork. Never received returned postal receipt.
