MY PARENTS GOT A WASHER FROM BEST BUY .tHEY HAVE CALLED AN HAD A REPAIRMAN SENT OUT MANY TIMES, tHEY DONT KNOW WHAT WRONG WITH IT SO THEY SAY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, NOW THEY TELLING MY PARENTS IF THEY CALL AGAIN,THEY WILL CHARGE THEM FOR THE SEVICE CALL ,THE DRYER IS STILL UNDER A 5 YEAR WARRTENY.THE PEOPLE THAT SET UP THE SEVICE CALLS ARE ALSO BEING RUDE THEY ARE OLDER PEOPLE SO THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM.SO IF YOU CAN PLEASE HELP.(Personal Content Removed)
