koodo mobile

went to koodo to aquire a new phone inquired about price and payment was assured there was no hidden charges.I only paid monthly .When I Received my statement there was one month in advance added to it.Called to speak to a rep told that was standard.If i had not specificaly asked about this I wouldn't have been so upset.Why should they be able to lie to you and all they say is i'm so sorry when we all know that is the standard answer.I received no satisfaction what so ever
