I ordered two "free samples" on June 11, 2012, paying only shipping & handling for each. I received one, but not the other. I waited a few weeks to contact the company. Before calling, I checked my credit card to see if I had been charged for both samples. I had been charged $6.95 for one, but there was a pending charge of $99.98 for that "free sample". I called the company to asked about the pending charge and found out that unless I called within 14 days to cancel, I would be charged $99.98 for the product billed as a "free sample". Unfortunately, I was a few days over the limit I didn't even know about. My order went in on 6/11/12 and I was billed the full price of the sample on 7/1/12. The samples were promoted as a full month's supply.

Now I'm greatly relieved that the company had no record of my order for the other "free sample".

The company's internet ad shows its products are recommended by Dr. Oz, which is the only reason I even checked it out.
