Commission Cash Codes

I went to the website ( and opted to pay for a website membership “3 cash codes” option to make money online. But then, once I paid, the website came up with a “better,” but more expensive offer of more “cash codes’” which I declined to purchase because it sounded like the old 'bait and switch.' I received no invoice, nor any info about the "3 cash codes" which I did purchase. However, I still assumed I would be sent information by email on how to download or access the website membership “3 cash codes” which I had bought. (The transaction appeared on my VISA statement). But I have not received any such information, including any invoice, order ID, or membership number. In addition, there was no contact information provided which I might use to inquire as to my membership “3 cash codes” package status. I am beginning to think that my money has gone into some black hole. I placed a complaint with CLICKSURE, but CLICKSURE emailed me they need the Order ID which is supposed to be the invoice, which I cannot provide because I was not sent any invoice or order ID.
