I should have known when they wouldn't accept an AmEx card even though the initial website said they did. I began trying to get a refund back within hours after purchasing since the costs just kept on coming. I actually talked to 2 live people but they could not help me since they couldn't find my purchase in their system. Now the toll free number and all associated email addresses are shut down. I even tried the number listed from an individual on this site 2 days ago. That one is closed with a message that says to call back tomorrow. I learned my lesson.
