Pura Silk

On the 30 December 2011 I clicked onto a 14 day trail for anti-wrinkle cream and serum from Purasilk for 2.95 and from Perfect Radiance for 4.95. There was no small print explaining either to return the sample if unhappy or that they would be sending a further product in 6 weeks and I would be paying the full price wether I wanted this or not. The sample serum from Perfect Radiance did not come until the end of January 2012 and I never recieved anything from Purasilk until the end of February, only to find out that they had already taken £69.90 out of my account, totally unauthorised!!! I checked my bank satement today, now to find out Perfect Radiance have now taken £51 out of my account and I have not recieved anything from them. I have tried a number from my previous order confirmation e-mail for the 14 day trail, but am struggling to get hold of anyone due to the time difference here in the UK and I also work full time. I have since then had to cancel my bank card hoping that this stops and I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE PRODUCTS FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
