Company offered $2,000.00 worth of groceries with a one time fee of $19.95. A $1.00 fee was also charged by Free, which is non-refundable. The operators try to enroll customers in a myriad of progams with monthly deductions from one's credit card/checking account visa/mastercard. Flimsy coupons are sent by mail--coupons which I would not use in a million years. When I called Free to ask why $1.00 was taken out of my checking account, the operator stated that it was an agreement made by me at the time of enrollment. The operator refused to refund the $1.00 fee. THIS IS A SCAM. THE ORIGINAL OPERATOR CLAIMED THE PROGRAM WAS SPONSORED BY THE FCC. This is wrong--fooling the public!
