Revitalize Health and Beauty

I agreed for the free sample to be sent to me and i gave my card number to pay for the shipping costs of £2.95. The product came and i realised that it was not what i wanted immediately and i rang to cancel the order. The person i spoke to was not able to communicate well in english and i had to spell out almost every word. I was reassured that there was to be no charge. I did this on the day i received the goods. Then just after Christmas i realised they were taking money from my account. I rang again and i was on hold for so long i was concerned about the cost of the call. What i am cross about is that these people do not make it clear when you are giving the information that they are going to start taking money out of your account and will not stop unless you have the good sense to cancel your credit card or bank account. I am lucky, yes i have a bottle of useless goop, it cost me about £79 quid to learn this lesson, others have been less fortunuate and have had had their accounts cleared out and now cannot close them and are having to pay charges and these people are still trying to get cash out of their accounts. I looked up on Can you trust them website too late to stop myself from being scammed - you be more careful!
