Zhu Zhihua, Sanzi Garden, Yanshou Road, Licheng District, Putian

I went on the UGGAustralian website and was convinced that the site was official & genuine.(which also stated a 30 day no hassle return) Made my order, the money was taken out of my account, i received the UGGboots 21 Dec 11 and to my horror they were a mess. There was glue all over the bottom of the boot and the sole, the stitching was a mess and bits of thread hanging loose. These should have been a christmas present for my daughter, so as you can guess she was also very upset. i emailed their so called customer service and they said to return them to this address. Zhu the otherZhihua, Sanzi Garden, Yanshou Road, Licheng District, Putian city, Fujian Province, China, 351100 and they would give me a full refund. so i sent them back on 23 Dec 11. I waited 2 weeks then emailed them to see if they had received them, i got a reply saying no they hadn't. I have emailed them practically nearly every other day since then and now they don't even reply. Today i decided to try and find out more about their 'company' and came across this website which i'm so pleased about and i don't feel so singled out now that other people have been through the same upset. But on the other hand i still feel cheated and still would want my money back. I hope i get some kind of response and help from you. Thanking you in anticipation. Susan West.
