well it takes 15-18 days processing and we paid for expedited shipping and i kept getting emails saying my dress was completely finished and would be shipped out so i ask are you sure then i recieve an email saying my order wasnt finished that it was still processing so on the 11th of november and the email read this and i will give you a copy so i can quote both of what the conversation was..... i havent recieved my items i purchased getting married next week and still havent got a tracking number but recieved an email saying my item was shipping on on the 11h of november
