Mitsubishi Electric

Purchased a Mitsubishi WD-C657 DLP TV in 2008. After just 3 years it started having white dots on the screen. This is know issue with DLP TV's. Samsung and Sony are replacing these defective products free of charge but Mitsubishi doesn't seem to care. Mitsubishi wants its customers to pay to repair faulty parts.
