I purchase an outfit to wear for the 4th of July I never received the purchases when I asked about my order I was told that it was on back order. I called back about two weeks later and was told that the item was out of stock and that I would be refunded back my money and they ask me to wait 30 days. 30 days passed by and I was told that their system was down to wait 45 more days at that point I emailed BBB to file a complaint. Now when I call them they jsut put me on hold with a recording saying that they have too many calls. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and I got the same recording high volume of calls. But when I say I have an order to place someone receive your call. Amost 120 days has passed by they have no intention of paying me my money. It was all a scam. If they did not have the product in stock why cash my money order.
