They delivered damaged goods that were unfit for purpose, a dining set with chairs that weigh 16 Kilo's each. They told me that if I wanted to send them back they must be in their original packing or they won't refund, but that I have to pay out of my own pocket to courier the goods back to Manchester--this would cost as much as the furniture--and they told me they would take 29% for re-stocking costs and admin fees.
The boxes the chairs arrived in were barely holding together, the boxes looked as if they had been used many times, in fact one box fell to pieces when the chairs came out of it. I haven't even unpacked the glass table. They ignore phone calls and emails, however I did get an email a week or so ago, in miniscule letters it read, ''what's wrong with your order????????????????'', followed by ''Kind Regards''
There are many many complaints about this company on all the review sites as they always deliver damaged goods--my chair had a rip in it. Some people have paid and had no goods at all. They have conned us all. The company has many different names, pineonline, multi eCommerce, Beds999 and loads of different web sites. They lie and have tried to stop people's banks giving them a visa chargeback, saying they don't deserve it and any old nonsense so the bank will believe them, saying that people should go down the legal route. They need to be locked up in Jail.
