DELIVERED DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR REFUSED RO EXCHANGE WILL ONLY REPAIR! SERVICE MAN BLEW INTO REFRIGERATOR'S WATER LINES WITH HIS MOUTH. HELD THE WATERLINES IN HIS MOUT SEVERAL TIMES. USED PAPER CLIP TO BORE HOLES INTO WATER FILTER. CONNETED THE WATERLINES FROM HIS MOUTH AND THE CONTAMINATED WATER FILTER BACTER INTO THE REFRIGERATOR.
WHEN COMPANY WAS CONTACTED SERVICE SUPERVISoR AND SALES SUPERVISOR STATED IT IS NOT UNSUAL TO MOUTH BLOW THE WATERLINES THAT THE VIRUES WILL BE KILlED BY THE CONTAMINATED FILTER!
ALSO, THE REFRIGERATORS MAIN WATER LINES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DELVERED DEFCTIVE-KINKED WATER LINE LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR.

BRAY & SCARFF THEREFORE REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SERVICE MAN'S BLUNDER!
