Golds Gym

I cancelled my account back in April. I just checked my account and I have received 4 charges from them since October. I called customer service and they told me that I had opted to freeze my account. That never happened when I called them in April I told the representative to cancel my account! She insisted on a six month freeze. I told her no and she said it would be cancelled! Now they r telling me that I have to pay another thirty days for a cancellation when I should be receiving a refund of what they charged me!!
