T Mobile

I spent around 100 hours on the phone in the stores try to get my cell phone to work they blamed it on every thing never could get it to work even one of their store managers in NY wrote a one page letter telling all I had done to get service I called the loyality department after no luck I went to their boss he said his name was mike and would wave the contract his emp # 6952686 they denied what he said and would listen to the recording the said he did not say that its a lie he did say that its not all about mone its all the games they played I was in NY no family no phone I had to call people back 3 and 4 times to finish the calls I can give you 10 names of people I lost calls from inside buildings on the steets in NY city I was a customer of theirs for over 8 yrs never late on a bill I went through the worst exsperence in 60 years of my life with them I even got a call from a woman over a week ago Renetta Clay ph 877 290 6323 ext 341 8023 she promissed to call me she did not I have called her emailed her no responce please help me in this matter thanks Bruce Wallace my phone (Personal Information Removed)
