Lean Slim Ultra / Lean Slim Cleanse

through Amazon EU I applied for a free sample of trial capsules which arrived in August. I supplied my credit card no. to pay for the postage only which was $4.95 and taken from my account on Aug 19th 2011. It was only on receiving my next statement that I saw that $89.95 had been taken from my credit card on Sept 9th and I have never received any more products (nor did I ask or want to get them!) I informed my bank and had to cut up my credit card and get a new number in order to stop other payments. I have heard no more and have not received any money back.
Although the invoice states a reference number, there is no way of getting in touch with them! My order ref no is F1004EA789
