JDIBilling

Have two charges on my bank card for JDIBilling. An internet search reveals a site that has the following warning:

If you contact your bank and submit a wrongful reverse charge (chargeback) instead of requesting a refund you will be submitted to the Bad Customer Database which will affect your Credit Rating and ability to place future orders anywhere online.

I am contacting my bank because I don't trust this site.
