MetroPCS

i went into the store to pay my bill, i was told if i remove the email feature and gps from the other two phones it would lower my bill from $130 to $90, then i could afford the huawei phone that i was looking at. the huawei phone was $. 59. altogether i paid $190. i was also told i would get rhapsody free for 90 days. i downloaded the rhapsody app but still couldnt get it to work. when i called customer service she said that the rhapsody promo had expired,but i could get it for an additional $10 a month. she also told me i had an outstanding balance of $12 and unless i paid it immediately my phone would be shut off , now remember i just paid the bill and then some. 4 days later i go into metro pcs again to charge the new phone cause the battery drains quickly, and they tell me that the rhapsody promo doesnt expire until jan 1 2012. they get on the phone with customer service which keeps them on the phone for 30 minutes, i just said forget it.on 11/11 i got a text stating my bill would be $105, then today (11/17/11) i get a text saying changes made to my acct. without my authorization will bring the bill up to $115. when i call she says that my phone isnt eligable for the plan its on so they changed the plan and are charging me for it.. ive been on the same plan since july, also the services i requested taken off were never taken off. but i was charged $15 for taking them off and i cant get the money back. class action suit is needed here. so for a phone thats is supposed to cost $90 for the month i end up paying $315. all that glitters is not gold, it aint even silve
