I have been dealing with carribean cruise line and the fact that they have been giving me the runaround makes me very angry. It started out as a free cruise and turned into vacation packages and free incentives. Of course you must pay port fees and things like that...but then they offer to upgrade you and give you vacation packages for just a little more money. When i called to book my trip they told me that they had run out of 3 day cruises and i could either take a shorter one or pay for an extra nite myself. I of course was mad and asked for a refund, which they of course said they could not give. The only thing they could give me was an extension to take the trip. On top of that i had been offered a chance to upgrade my cruise into a week long vacation package for an extra fee. I did and when i actually called them they told me that no it wasnt an upgrade but i had in fact purchased another vacation package and I owed them 300 more dollars. I am so overwhelmed with these people that i have just given up and chalked all my money up as a loss. I want others to be weary. I am surprised they have not received lawsuits or been shut down. You can seriously find hundreds of complaints about them and their fraudulent ways.
