Genie Bra

I ordered 3 bras for 32.98 on my credit card for my wife. Now they tell me it is a payment plan for $60.00 total. The bras are cheap, my wife does not wear them and they seem to think I have made a financial commitment. I plan on notifying the attorney generals office.
