AT&T

I was sent a phone from [email protected] that did not have a liquid damage indicator in it. My phone stopped working due to internal problems that I had no control over. I called [email protected] and I was told that I cannot receive a new phone without being charged over $500 dollars (the cost of the phone) due to the liquid indicator not being present
