Priceline

I booked a hotel room through Priceline.com (name your price) after seeing their advertisement that room rates offered represented a significant discount. In my case, I was informed that I had saved over $45.00 per night on my room rate. My reservations were prepaid including all applicable taxes. When I checked out of the hotel, I was only credited with a portion of the amount I had prepaid to Priceline. I inquired and was told that Priceline only credited my account the amount that was on my hotel check out receipt and any refund due me would have to be obtained through Priceline. I then asked the hotel clerk what the walk up room rate was and I was informed that the rate was the amount that was charged on my account. This amount was $92.61 less than I had paid to Priceline.com. I contacted Priceline and asked for a credit and was told that a refund of the $92.61 was not possible. Priceline.com false advertised the actual room rate and the amount of savings and refuses to make an adjustment (credit) to me. I will never use their deceptive services again and highly suggest no one else use their services either.
