The day after I bought a pair of shoes, the website was inaccessible. I sent emails to the company email address and the email address to which PayPal sent the payment. Friday I received a response from the PayPal address that the website was undergoing a 72 hour maintenance. Five days later I sent an email asking about the status of my order and have not received a response. I will file a complaint with PayPal.
