Premier Membership Clubs

My husband applied for a check loan online and was turned down. Then when I checked my account this morning, I was overdrawn with a check # that I hadnt authorized. The number that I was given I called and asked for a refund because I didn;t ok this and I didnt get any response except for a email address.
