Direct Funding Service

I was searching the web looking for a short term loan so I filled out an application online at no cost, but on 11/11/2011 my bank account was debited for 1 cent 3 times I called the direct fund service immediately and I was told that would be put back in my account that it was just to make sure my account was active well they did add 3 cent back , but debited my account again on 11/16/2011 for $30 after speaking with someone about why money was taken from my account I was told for an application fee, but I did not get the loan and I did not authorize for this transaction.
