Room Store Furniture

I have order a bed set from store back in September 17, 2011
and is now 11/16/2011 and they dont have exact date for I have negociated to be recompensated for hard ship. but at this time i fell that my furniture will never arrive . I have all ready beging to make payments on furniture that I dont have please help !!!!
