I just found out today that there was a charge of 49.95 on 9/4/11, which I did NOT authorize. I visited their live chat and talked to a woman named Gail who assured me they would refund my money within 7-10 business days. If I don't see it within this time I will be calling my bank and notifying them and also putting this as an unauthorized account. I've changed my card since then since it was expired so I have not received anymore charges since then.
