Eminent Shoes

I bought a pair of Christian Louboutin boots (I thought) from Eminent Shoes' website in July 13, but was gone on vacation the the package came - from China - apparently. My post office told me they has returned the package to sender because they only hold packages sent express for 5 days, and I was gone for 14 days. When I then emailed the company after I returned from vacation, they say that I now have to pay $50 for shipping since the boots were returned by the post office. Asking if the boots were still available, I got no reply. I've been emailing them ever since. No reply. When I try to call the post office in China that they referred me to in an earlier email, all I get is an answering machine in Chinese - even though I got the phone number from an English page on the Chinese Post Office page.
