Premier Membership Clubs

The $99.49 was deducted from my checking account on 11/l4/2011. I have called the toll free number 4 times and the operator talks for awhile and says a representative will answer your call. All calls are answered. Then all of a sudden she hangs up and get no response whatsoever. I would like for the $99.49 to be returned to my bank account.
