I have a damage plat iron. It's burning mu daugther's hair. and smell bad. i went back to the store at the mall and they asked me for $ 19.95. The warranty requiere for that wen you send it but it doesn't say nothing about to exchange in person. If i go to Sears ..do i have to pay extra money ? The vendor treated me bad and when i call the office the owner screem on the phone.
