Direct TV

I order the service paid 80$ on my CC and days later another 50$ ? i call them and i was told is for the instalation, but it was free on the add? guess not!
so got the instalation 3 days later didnt work! call them and they came back and fix it so 1 week no tv! and 5 days after that no reception again! so call them and they fix it a week later! so 2 weeks with no tv! and another 140$ charge to my CC i was going cucu! so i call then over and over and they dont refund they credit to the account, so they own me right? a month pass and my tv didn't work again! so i call them and said you know what F u all and i cancel the service and they charge me another 140 dollars! i had to cancel my credit card! and they send me a contract by mail? i did a verbal contract with them? what? where? so 5 months later i git a letter com a collection agency? WHAT!!!! another 300$ what? i paid for it and im DONE , no more direct tv!
