On August 26,2011. I received a message from this company about replying back to stop msg/data rates. It came from Quiz4now 24758. I never replied back. Because I thought it was some kind of a spam. Then in September 26,2011 same message and I never replied. On October 26,2011 I received two messages from this company. The same messages. So I ignored it again because I thought it was spam. However, I never replied to any of those messages. In November 14,2011, T-mobile informed my brother that I subscribed to this company Quiz4now 24758 and the bill is charged by FunMobile. Since, my brother is the main account holder and he asked if I subscribed to anything recently. I replied, No. I do not have any DATA plan on my account. And I never subscribed to anything nor replied to anything that is suspicious. We told T-Mobile about the possible scam. And T-mobile Representative told us to call 1877-661-1136 (We called and they redirected us to 1855-707-7067 ) This is number 1855-707-7067 (is no longer in use) Now I really became angry and that they are really scamming me. I went to seems to be fishy website. On the site, there is a number to call 1855 707 0167. I called this number and spoke to the representative. The representative rude, and an liar. His name Mr.Ricky. As per Mr.Ricky I subscribed on October 26 and I was charged 9.99 dollars. I explained to him I never subscribed.Mr.Rickey told me, there are three steps that need to be completed in order to subscribe. Enter your phone number into a advertisement. Second,You will get a text message from the company with a "code" and last, enter that code back into the website online. Therefore, as per Mr.Rickey. I have done all the steps from my phone that is why I am being charged. I deny all facts claimed by Mr.Rickey. I have never subscribed to anything and nor entered my phone number into any advertisement and I have never received a "code" to enter it back to the website. Then, I asked for an refund. He refused. He said, We cannot give you a refund however we can CANCEL your subscription. Now, I asked Mr.Ricky How will you CANCEL a subscription that I never Subscribed too ? He did not reply. We were silent on the phone for 30 or more second. I said, HELLOOOOOO ? Now, Mr. Rickey said, Sir, we cannot refund you. But we can cancel your subscription. I told, Mr. Ricky. If I can speak to a Supervisor. He said, NO. Mr.Rickey asked me. What phone I have ? I said, Android. Then he said, Oh so you installed a application and from there on you was charged 9.99 dollars. Now, I'm getting really angry at this guy. I told him. I have no DATA plan and I never installed a freaking application. Now refund my money. He didn't reply. After 30 seconds again. I said, Hellooooooooooooo now can I speak to a supervisor. He replies, Supervisor will not refund you your money. But stay on the line while I connect you to a supervisor. After 5 minutes. Mr.Ricky, thank you for holding unfortunately the supervisor is busy with another customer on the phone (cause they really rip us off and people are mad they want their money back) and he said, but before he went to speak to that customer. I spoke to the supervisor about your situation and the supervisor told him to tell ME. No refunds. Mr.Rickey ( a liar) tells me. Cancel this subscription or we will CHARGE YOU again. So I "Cancel" something that I "Never Subscribed too" and I had to pay that 9.99. I hope these (Inappropriate Content Removed) are brought in court.
