Tone deTox

I ordered the free trial of Tone Detox for $2.95. I didn't like the product so wanted to return it. It took awhile to get the RA# so I could return it but finally got someone in customer service. I returned the unused portion within the 15 day free trial but I was then charged $79.99 on 8/9/11 for that returned bottle. I have called several times to get this resolved. Every time I called I was told something different. The middle of September I was told they show a credit sent to me of $70.04 on September 13th. My statement showed no credit but they asked me to check with the bank so I did and was told there was no credit issued. I called them back and explained that the bank shows no credit. I was then told it would be escalated and to give it more time. I called 3 times today 10/6/11 and the first person gave me a money transfer number to give to my bank so I called the bank and they said that transfer number means nothing. So I called Tone Detox back and then I was told I needed to fax my bank statement showing no credit. I was also told this time the credit was sent by check. So I asked why couldn't they trace the check? He said they can't do that which I told them what I thought about that. I argued that I should not have to fax my bank statement that they should be able to track this payment. But the customer service rep continue to argue with me stating that was the only thing I could do. My bank would not fax my statement because its unsecured which I agreed. So I called back again, and by the way each time I requested a supervisor and was told none were available. This last call the customer service rep said he would escalate this issue and I should receive a call within 1-3 hrs, just another put off from what I see. I also explained I should not be charged anything but the $2.95 they should not be charging me the extra $9.95 because in the terms that $9.95 is for future unopened bottles not the free trial. I told this last customer service rep that if I did not hear back in 3 hrs I would be calling them back. So here I wait some more.
