I found this company thru an add on Facebook. I placed and order for headbands for my 4 month old. Received a confirmation email of the order and my charge card was billed immediately. After about 2 weeks I still had not received an email with any shipping details so I sent an email thru the "contact us" link on their webpage. I received an auto response email that was outdated by about 2 weeks, so I called the number listed on my credit card statement and a woman answered. She seemed surprised I was calling, it was late at night. She said she would check into my order and get back with me. I never heard back, so I sent about 6 more emails, called again and spoke with "Rose" and was told again she would check into it but that all orders placed thru 8/2 had been shipped, however my order still showed pending on their site. I called 3 more times no answer, one was an 877 # to a so called "Customer Services, Shipping Dept" and left a message and again no return call. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.
