i downloaded there product and didn't need it,because i contacted Dell and explained to them what problem i was having,i rebooted my system and after i did it had no sound,they told me to reinstall my software that came with my laptop and it did fix my problem,i deleated the driver detective from my laptop and sent them an email and they keep saying run there software and go here and go there and click on the green icon and explain to them the problem,i can't do that because it doesn't work,and now the nimber i called and talked to a customer rep he said im sorry i can't help you with this matter and told me where to go to get a refund and i did it but there was no box to click on about any refund.i hope you can help me with this problem to gey my is the REF.#PCDH-U070811-18HZX.
