Dunkin Donuts

The servers stated my card was "denied"...there was no reason at the time for that, however I gave another account card, while feeling embarassed and scared..they were not quiet about the situation... and was charged on both cards...this happened while on vacation in Cape Cod the address of the D'D is 702 Iyannough RD, Hyannis MA directly across from the Cape Codder Resort...Have made several attempts to contact a manager regarding situation but was unable to speak with anyone, Imagine being on vaca and worried that for some reason your primary account no longer has funds available. Once reaching my car & cell found that money was available and actually thought "Oh there must be something wrong with their system" and my worries were relieved however I was still charged twice and not even given the right order, I was only given 1 muffin when ordering two and on my receipt 2 were rung up!!!! Will visit Cape Cod again, however never give my money to Dunkin Donuts, even in my home area, will bring my WAWA coffee with me...it's better anyway!!!!
