Home Modification Loan

This is a Complaint / Review about CHASE HOME FINANCE.


My wife and I have provided all necessary and signed documentation to pursue an agreed upon home modification loan with Chase. However, we have spoken with numerous representatives- all of which seem to ask the same questions repeatedly and request the same paperwork. What is going on here? Afterwords, when we finally forward all the necessary documentation, Chase decides to take us off the home modification list without even informing us!!!! The next thing I know, laywers are writing letter to us about payments? Chase, what is going on here? did the US Government not give you billions to assist your loyal clients?
