manufactor defect - Cell Phone

This is a Complaint / Review about Samsung.


I have a samsung cell phone that I received as replacement phone in june 2010. The touch screen froze and I can't get to any info.This happen just before christmas and I've been trying to get it fixed or replaced and AT&T and SAMSUNG have only been giving me the run around. This phone has no other damage to it only touch screen won't work. If this was my fault I would pay to have it fixed but this has to do with the way the phone was made can someone please help.
