Gas Log Purchase - Gas logs

This is a Complaint / Review about Hearthside Distributors.


I shopped on-line for gas logs for my new home and found great selection at Hearthside. I had some questions, so I called and spoke to a real person that was very knowledgeable of the products I was looking at. They conveniently took my order by phone and I received free shipping. The product came promptly, but when I unpacked it I discovered that one of the logs was cracked during shipping. I called Hearthside and they sent our a replacement that day, no questions asked. I have been enjoying my purchase tremendously and have since purchase several accessories and have enjoyed great service each time.
