Water Bill

This is a Complaint / Review about castle group.


I received my water bill from Midway Services Billing Division & noticed an increase on my monthly water bill. I made the attempt three times & went to clubhouse at Palms Point Condo to discuss the increase with Doron & Alan. Both are property Managers. They told me I needed to pay the increase & I told them the increase was not justified, as I live alone & do not use too much water. The bill clearly states a decrease in water useage compared to previous months bills. Also I have been paying $7.15 for WMF (Waste Management Fees) of which I was told was for the dumpster use in the complex where I live. I already pay monthly maintenance fees to the association in the amount of $290.00 which should include the fees for the dumpster. I need someone to help me find a solution & hopefully you people can help me. I am Latino & I need someone Spanish speaking to contact me via my phone.Respectfully, Mary Diaz
