I am a return customer to Budget Blinds. Business owner, Mr. Ray Deathridge had previously did the window coverings for my home in Shaver Lake California. He and his wife did a good job, so I called him again to take care of my new home in Clovis. He noted that I was a great customer and that he would personally look after me.
We set an appointment for him to come to my home on Friday, July 2. I waited for him and he never showed up and he did not call me. Thinking that something urgent had happen to him, I waited until after the July 4th holiday and called the office. I confirmed with the receptionist that everything was alright and voiced a complaint that Ray never showed up or called. I then noted that I thinking about calling a competitor regarding my needs.
Mr. Deathridge never called me back, and wasn't interested in apologizing for not showing at my home as agreed.
Since Mr. Deathridge is not interested in my return business, I've decided to go with a competitor (Z-Blinds of Fresno), with an order that will cost in excess of $3,000.0.
I would hope that the quality control department of Budget Blinds could do their part to make sure that another return customer to your Fresno/Clovis franchise is not treated as poorly as I was.
