Terrible Service/No follow up

This is a Complaint / Review about FedEx.

Could not find package even though tracking sheet said it was there. Came back two times. Told me to call the 800 number. I told the FedEx representative to call. Refused. I did call FedEx consumer advocate who did call and they found package. I told them to deliver because I was not going back to that store and be treated shabilly again. They said they could not. I told them to send package back to sender. This is the third time I have had problems with FedEx. I'll take UPS and USPS any day and will not deal with FedEx again and will not order any merchandise that will be sent FedEx.
