L'Oreal Preference Mousse Absolue - L'Oreal Preference Mousse Absolue - Natural Medium Brunette

This is a Complaint / Review about L'Oreal.


Despite following the instructions to the letter, the mousse did not appear to have any colour in it! After leaving it on for 30 minutes - my hair colour was exaxtly the same as it started.

Should the mousse show some colour when it comes out of the container - mine was just white. Very disappointed.
